Started off just like the boy wizard Harry Porter... why not, it's the SPIN-OFF of that famous movie. A British wizard came to New York to attained something he most dear... FANTASTIC BEASTS! Things got a little chaotic when a human (No-Maj in US and Muggle in UK) accidentally switched bags that contained some of the fantastic beasts in possession. And a little twisted plots that could ruin the US wizardry.

THE GOOD
Simple to understand and follow. Good storyline. The actors are good as well. Can't wait for the sequel... wait, WHAT??!?

THE BAD
The beasts are fantastic but ugly! And famous actors are the bad guys. I mean... come on! Not one but two!!

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
More magic spells and name of the beasts to remember? Die hard fan be ready...

A movie about a lady trying to get rid of her drinking habits and was offered a shelter aka home for free as long as she avoids alcohol. She was looking for her friend who went missing after staying at the same place. Little did she know, the place is not what it seemed.

THE GOOD
The storyline was a bit blurred in the middle but opening and ending was unexpected. No spoilers guys!

THE BAD
A bit slow from the get go but towards the ending it was okay.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
More detailed storyline could make it interesting. More gore and blood... yes, it rated 18PL

MY TAKE
A good story but the depth still not really convincing. Overall was okay...

A story about a ghost who wanted to return home. Started on how she died (yeah... most ghosts are female) and from there on, she terrorized a young girl who was mistakenly diagnosed with trauma and such but has the ability to let entity jumped into her. 

THE GOOD
Nothing really good to say about this movie. Even the storyline was messed up. 

THE BAD
Almost everything. Especially when almost everyone in the movie looked so grumpy!

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
Everything! From the director himself until the casting crew. Should not have produced this movie at all if can't really capture the essence (based on a true event)

MY TAKE
The worst mark I've given so far. Didn't expect it to be so bad. Even there's some scary moments that made you jump, the whole story just didn't capture the audience. Sorry...

Jack Reacher is back! While helping fellow soldiers to capture those who do wrong, he got tangled up in a conspiracy that even involves higher officers and ranks. He will have to use his brains and brawn to capture those responsible. And added to it... a surprise inclusion!

THE GOOD
Started off well and escalated to mass issues. Added with new surprised elements, things seemed a bit hard to handle. But this is Jack Reacher we're talking about. Almost being a romantic link for Jack but it was not meant to be... or is it?

THE BAD
Nothing that bad or so obvious. Bad soldiers normally portrays disloyalty and such to the badges. But where else can you find someone as level as Jack? The bad guy really looked that he can overcome Jack anytime but for him to use the surprised element to take Jack down really spoils it. There are better ways to get even with Jack.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
A slight improvement from the first and better / darker version you might say. Family added value makes it PG13 rating.

A smaller hall but better seating area. Been in this hall before. Well, we don't really IMAX for this movie, right?

What happened when someone purposely looking for you and ask you to kill? And you're already retired and 'died'. Well... old saying that 'Don't poke the bee hive if you're scared of getting stung'. Arthur Bishop is back... well, not back but was forced out of his 'retirement' and instructions to kill. Typical when you added a girlfriend into the mix. Wait, did i mentioned that in this movie there's our local homegrown actress and it was shot in our beloved country? Well, make believe I guess... we have a prison in the middle of the sea and the warden and officers are corrupted?

THE GOOD
Started well with certain introduction. Added with a few hot celebrities... nothing much can go wrong. The same mechanic except this time he's trying to save someone... his 'love'?

THE BAD
Nothing bad to complaint about. His looks still the same in almost all the movie. But its a seller looks so nothing bad there. Maybe accusing of our prison and neighboring countries to have all these killings and murders?

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
Maybe more of our Asean countries apart from the slump. We have beautiful places too!
